The Llywydd began the meeting by inviting the Health and Social Services Minister to address the off camera comments he made towards a fellow Member at last week’s meeting. The Minister stated that his comments were not intended for broadcast and had since apologised to the Member for Cardiff Central who had accepted his apology.
